V. Conley Perry, Raleigh native, is a founding partner of Socratic Wealth Advisors. Conley has been a private wealth advisor for over twenty years. During this time, he has helped clients pursue their financial goals through comprehensive financial planning and investment management. Conley believes that the key to a successful financial planning relationship is treating his clients like family. He models his personal beliefs in his daily interactions with clients by being a patient and compassionate champion for his clients’ financial success.
Spanning over two decades as an advisor, Conley has learned that acquiring more knowledge in the field helps him to stay abreast of the changing landscape in the investment industry. He holds the professional designations of a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor℠ (APMA®), and securities licenses (Series 7, Series 63, Series 65). Conley holds his series 7 and 63 through LPL Financial and his series 65 with Independent Advisor Alliance.
Conley also helps clients plan their insurance protection by offering life, disability, and longterm care insurance. He specializes in wealth management for every type of investor. Whether a young achiever, savvy veteran, professional athlete, medical professional, or retiring couple, Conley has the skills necessary to help clients pursue their financial dreams. In his free time, Conley has a number of hobbies and interests. He enjoys living in downtown Raleigh and taking in the local sights and festivities. He is an avid golfer. Conley is also a devoted fan of Duke basketball and Carolina Panthers football. Conley likes to spend quality time with family and friends. He enjoys traveling, especially to the beach, and listening to live music.
